Sheninger talked about the Six Secrets of Fullan Change which are 1. Love your Employees, 2. Connect Peers with Purpose, 3. Capacity Building Prevails. 4. Learning in the Work, 5. Transparency Rules and 6. Systems Learning. I would like to talk about two of them and how they are helping me embrace innovative practice in my professional life and personal life. The first secret of Change. Love your employees, Love is one of the most important secrets that I understand. Love is the key to share how to take care of others, The masters of the Master Jesus Christ is an excellent example of a Loving leader. Jesus was full of care and love, in each moment of his teachings, he was always encouraging, inspiring, and tutoring. he knows people’s needs and then started teaching meaningfully to them. His parables were spiritual lessons and were intentional to accomplish his objectives. Slaving and Schunk (2017) said: ”Intentional teachers creatively seek ways to reach each of their students” (p.334). I want to say Love your employees, your students will help you understand their needs and to know how to help them as Christ. Mother Teresa said: Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier” (Mother Teresa). Loving those I teacher and I live with is helping me find peace and helping them in their needs better than when I don’t focus on loving them. The Second, Connect Peers with Purpose. Eric Sheninger said, “Purposeful peer interaction within and beyond the school is crucial” (Sheninger, 2014). I would say that there is no usefulness of school or other places without connecting peers with the purpose of the organization. The leader must know where they want to go, they have a vision of that, the purpose now is to connect the peers with that vision, so they will be learning and focusing on the values that they are part of on purpose. They will get the information and grow in knowledge by the direction provided, the teacher educator will also provide conditions for effective peer interaction, and then along the way provide intervention when things are not working as well as it should work. The others secret of change Capacity Building Prevails, learning in the Work Transparency Rules, and Systems Learning are also very important to keep and grow professionally. However, for today I only focused on these two. References Slavin, R.E. & Schunk, D.H. (2018). Learning theories EDUC 500 Print Offer, New York, New York. Pearson Education, Inc. Sheninger, E.
